Issues cannot be moved to backlog on Backlog view of Kanban board

Summary

Issues cannot be moved to backlog on Backlog view of Kanban board if the status mapped to backlog has id 0 on workflow.
However, if you open the issue and use the workflow buttons then the transition works.

Environment

• Jira Software Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import a Trello board on a Jira instance
2. Export the workflow created as XML
   • There will be a step with id 0
3. Create a Kanban board for the imported project
4. Map the status related to step 0 to the column Backlog
5. Create an issue and move to status mapped to the first column of the board
6. Go to Backlog view and try moving the issue to Backlog list

Expected Results

Issue is moved to Backlog

Actual Results

Something isn't letting us move XX-XXX to Backlog. Ask your project administrator to check the workflow settings and transition conditions.

Notes

Workaround

• On workflow, remove the status related to the step with id 0
• Add the status back and recreate the post-functions/validators/properties/conditions
