[JSWCLOUD-16615] Option to show or hide empty Epic name and Sprints fields at the issue view screen.

Right now, the system fields Epic name and Sprints are hidden if they have no value.

Other system fields such as FixVersion and Labels are always shown even with they have no value.

It would be great to let the customer choose whenever show or not the system fields Epic name and Sprints.

There is an existing feature request for custom fields, however, I'm not sure if it would apply for the system fields: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-2997
