Add a story points quick action

      Problem Definition

      Due to usability preferences, some teams would find a story points action better to use while reviewing an active Sprint or a project backlog.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a new action called "Story Points" that would simply ask for a new value for the story points field of the issue being viewed.
