As a tester in JIRA, I want to be able to open test cases in tabs so I can quickly and easily move from one test to another and back.

In the old version, test cases could be opened in tabs by right-clicking the little "E" button. This made it very easy to check in on other tests, open my neighbors test to verify a bug, or otherwise move between test cases.

In the new version, test cases open underneath the cycle, meaning only one case can be opened at a time. If I'm working on a test and I want to look at another test, I have to leave my test (or open a new tab and work my way all the way back through the cycle to the new test)

This ends up costing us efficiency when testing.
