See the attached image. This interaction happens when leaving a comment on a task screen. When applying a external link to highlighted text, the text remains highlighted. It would be nice if the example url was highlighted by default.

To recreate:

1. Write some text in a comment.
2. Highlight some text.
3. Add an external link.
4. Text remains highlighted.
