Include the option to create sub-tasks on the new issue detail view.

      The old issue detail view on boards used to have the option to create sub-tasks while selecting tasks.

      The new issue detail view does not have this option and it is necessary to open the task to create a new sub-task.

            I have found that the option is  there in the detail view but I get an error when I do it.

            If we have the option - we should be able to do it.
