JIRA's issue details view (the card on the board) keyboard shortcuts broken

      In a dashboard ticket preview the keayboard shortcuts no longer work. It would be great to re-enable the shortcut tip "a" be able to assign tickets while in the issue details view to more quickly assign tickets, and “m” to comment.

      This functionality was in the previous version of JIRA, but does not seem to work in the latest update.

      It would also be nice to have the 1st name highlighted in the name field when searching for a new assignee, so the user can press "enter" twice: to select that name, and apply the assignment.
