Problem Definition

Users have noticed that the backlog page has a large number of requests made. Due to the fact that a browser agent can only process 4 requests concurrently, this can lead to longer than average load times.

Suggested Solution

Update scripts on Backlog page to remove deprecated items / clean up the requests
Look in to deep refactoring of main project board page/Backlog view

Why this is important

The backlog view is a heavily utilized page which teams use for meetings to prepare for sprints. A user has estimated that up to a combined hour of time is spent by all team members waiting due to the additional time the backlog takes to load each day.
