Story points are not shown on card layout

Summary

Story points are not shown on card layout. Also, filters with Story points have no results.

JIRA Software Cloud backlog

Expected Results

Story Points are shown on card layout and searches return results.

Story Points are not shown.

Troubleshooting Notes

The Story Points field requires a searcher to be indexed and displayed on search results. Search Template for Story Points custom field should be "Number searcher". Make sure that the field has that configuration via JIRA Admin > Issues > Custom Fields > Story Points -> Edit page.

Workaround

For the board issue, it's possible to add the field Story Points to the card layout.

For the JQL, try:

• Go to Custom Fields section
• Click on the cog next to the custom field and select Configure
• Edit the context > save the changes
• Change back the settings of the context > save the changes
