New Jira design: details section is taking too much space, no way to collapse it

      New JIRA

      Because of this now I need to scroll down to see issue Description.

      In old JIRA there was also an ability to collapse Details section, and this was preserved when browsing other issues - I haven't found this ability in new JIRA
