REST API Updates should trigger a refresh in Agile cards.

      Problem Definition

      The endpoint to update issues:

      does not trigger a refresh in Agile cards.
      If the field being updated is appearing in the Agile card, the field won't change until a full refresh of the page is done.

      Suggested Solution

      Make the update through REST API update the field in the Agile card just as the Issue Detail view of the board does.

      Workaround

      None.
