When setting the Epic Link during a workflow transition screen, the Epic Link is not saved

      Summary

      When setting the Epic Link of an issue during a transition i.e., Edit screen, the Epic Link is not saved and subsequently does not show up on the issue view screen. If you set this manually using the Edit issue screen after the fact, the Epic Link shows up as expected

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Epic or use an existing Epic
      2. Ensure one of your transitions has a screen assigned to it that includes the Epic Link field
      3. Create a new issue but do not link the Epic
      4. Once the ticket is created transition the ticket through the screen transition
      5. Set the Epic Link
      • This can happen during the create transition for an issue assuming that the Epic Link is a field in that screen. Tested and verified.

      Expected Results

      The Epic Link should display in the ticket information on the Issue view screen

      Actual Results

      The Epic Link does not display in the ticket information on the Issue view screen

      Workaround

      Clicking the Edit button after the ticket is created and setting the Epic Link will save properly
