If you Try to Launch Gliffy from Agile using the Action Drop down in the Details View Payne, you will trigger an error from the Gliffy app.

With the options

• Send Error Report
• No Thanks

Clicking Send Error Report does not display the error report as the error states it will.

Solution

Contact Gliffy Support and report the Issue at:
http://support.gliffy.com/anonymous_requests/new

Workaround 1

• Click No Thanks or submit error report to bypass the error
• Shapes will not load at this point
• you will have minimal use of the Plugin
• after saving the page will display the error again but the diagram will be added to the ticket
• to exit you will have to close the page or edit the URL

Workaround 2

• open issue directly
• select the more drop-down
• select add Gliffy diagram
• Do not open in new window (This can trigger the error as well)
• if opened in the same window the error is not triggered and the shapes will load.

Possible Development Fix.

• have the javascript wizard open from Agile rather than open new window.
