      Inconsistent Backlog View of the board. When user navigates to Backlog View, each issues are shown in 2 rows. Refreshing the page, makes it to be displayed in 1 row.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to any Backlog View of the board
      2. Notice that issues are shown in 2 rows
      3. Refresh the page
      4. The issues are shown in 1 row

      Expected Result

      Issues are consistently displayed in 1 or 2 rows.

      Actual Result

      First page loads, it shows in 2 rows. Refreshing it, it will be changed to 1 row.
