Board Quick Filters can be saved with wrong JQL syntax

      Summary

      Board Quick Filters can be saved with wrong JQL syntax.

      After saving it, when trying to delete or update the JQL an error is thrown and no changes can be saved.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access your project board
      2. Choose Board > Configure > Quick Filters
      3. Edit or Create a Quick Filter and add some wrong JQL syntax and save

      Expected Results

      An error should be thrown when trying to save the query so that it does not get save with incorrect syntax

      Actual Results

      The filter gets saved and 'Error in the JQL Query:xxx' is thrown when updating or deleting the filter with the wrong syntax and this does not get either updated or deleted.
