Regression on cmd + click on issue key to open issue in new tab on Agile board (Active sprints/Kanban board)

Summary

On a Kanban/Scrum Board, 'Ctrl' (cmd) + click on the issue key does not open the issue on a new tab.

Environment

JIRA v1000.769.0
JIRA Agile v1000.324.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a board
2. Hold Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) and click on a issue key.

Expected Results

The issue is opened in a new tab.

Current Results

The URL is updated on the browser but no tab is opened.

Workaround

If you're using a 'mouse', you can "Scroll click" on the issue key instead.
