Sprint Health Gadget Shows Incorrect # of Flagged Issues

      Summary

      Sprint Health gadget is incorrectly counting all issues assigned to a sprint as flagged.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a few issues and assign the to a sprint.
      2. Start the sprint
      3. Go to the dashboard and add a sprint health gadget

      Expected Results

      The gadget will display 0 issue flagged

      Actual Results

      The gadget displays all issues on the sprint as flagged. The only exception are issues on the "Done" column.

      No workaround
