'View in issue navigator' should use the version name instead of the version id.

Problem Definition

Currently if you switch to view in issue navigator it switches to JQL which uses the version id instead of the version name. Due to the fact the version id is more specific to the project and version names could apply to other projects.

Suggested Solution

Allow version id as a basic search value or when toggling View in issue navigator preserve the version name instead of replacing it with the version id.

Why this is important

This prevents users to toggle back to basic search without replacing the id with the version name.

Workaround

Replace the id with the version name.
