Description
Summary
When editing an issue, the issue dropdown for Linked issues doesn't show available options other than history
Environment
Atlassian Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to an issue
- Click Edit
- Start typing under Linked issue (example blocks), Issue
Expected Results
Show available issues other then searched in History
Actual Results
Only issues searched in history are shown
Workaround
- Go to issue
- Click 3 dots > Link
- Start typing the issue key
