      Problem Definition

      Create epic is not available as option in Backlog. Scrum Boards have a create epic on the side.

      However, this is not available for Backlog (Kanban) Labs.

      Suggested Solution

      Add Epic Tab in Backlog (Kanban) Labs as well

      Workaround

      Create the issue from the top Create button.
