It's a feature request.

Since we are enforcing Crucible code reviews to be created in just one (and maybe a couple of more in the future) JIRA workflow status. However, when an issue gets transitioned to a new status (which code reviews shouldn't be created), users see that Create Review button and create it.

It would be fine that admins have the ability to disable that button for an specific workflow status, so the users don't have the ability to create code reviews where a JIRA issue is in a status of no development.
