Steps to Reproduce - part 1

1. Create a project in JIRA (e.g. "DEMO) with three issues;
2. Create an Application Link between JIRA 6.3.x and FishEye 3.2.5;
3. Create a Review in Crucible and add:
   • "DEMO-1" in the title;
   • "DEMO-2" in the "Objectives".
4. Navigate to JIRA.

Steps to Reproduce - part 2:

1. Remove the link between JIRA and FishEye 3.2.5;
2. Add a link between JIRA 6.3 and FishEye 3.6.x;
3. Create a Review in Crucible and add:
   • "DEMO-1" in the title;
   • "DEMO-2" in the "Objectives".

Actual Behavior - part 1:

JIRA will show the review under the 'Reviews' tab on both "DEMO-1" and "DEMO-2".

Actual Behavior - part 2:

JIRA shows the review only on "DEMO-1" on the development panel.
