Make Summary page more accessible for Software Projects

      Summary

      Business type projects have a Summary tab clearly visible to access the Summary page (eg. http://localhost:8080/projects/PROA/summary)

      Software type projects have the same summary page but they do not have a Summary tab. To access this page, users must click on the name of the project. This is not clear and many users not know that it's a link.

      Suggestion

      Give Software Projects the same Summary tab so that it's easier for users to access the Summary page
