Creating an Issue in Epic link while in Detail Search View doesn’t work

      Summary

      Creating an Issue in Epic while in Detail Search View doesn’t work

      Environment

      • JIRA Cloud (7.2.0-OD-05-022)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Perform an Issue search and filter Epics
      2. View a specific Issue with Detail View
      3. Browse to the “Issues in Epic” session
      4. Click on the + button
      5. Observe the “Epic Link” field

      Expected Results

      The Epic Links field is automatically populated by the currently viewed Epic

      Actual Results

      The Epic Link field is grayed out and uneducable
       

      Workaround

      If you click through into the Issue itself, you can use the + button and observe that the field is properly auto-populated
