As a user, I want to be warned when my sprint includes issues from multiple projects

Problem Definition

When a sprint includes issues from different projects, users are not able to click on Complete sprint if they do not have Manage sprints permissions on all related projects.

Suggested Solution

Users want to include in the tooltip that "To complete a sprint, Manage Sprints permission should be granted in all projects that have been pulled into the sprint.". With this tooltip, they will be more likely to try fixing the issue first before contacting support.
