Add grouping to Agile board quick filters

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Accessed via drop-down (like main JIRA navigation buttons), so that we can fit more quick filters in a reasonable space above the board, and group them by type (like individual filters for different components/team members/labels grouped under one button).
