Not able to estimate total on backlog of a board on sprints

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Software Cloud. Using JIRA Software Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      When you open a board, click on backlog on the left hand menu and try to see the sum of estimate, the result it's not available, even if the tasks estimate are available we are not able to see the sum of the estimate time.

      This happened on JIRA version JIRA v7.1.0-OD-04-012
      I tested on version JIRA v7.1.0-OD-01-053 and it was working perfectly

      There's a screenshot to exemplify the issue.

      The only workaround is to sum the estimate manually, which makes the process slower.
