      Provide a way to configure JIRA Scrum Boards so that when clicking a ticket number on the board, for example:

      FOO-345

      Takes you to the full ticket detail screen directly rather than the right-side vertical pane opening. It's something that is driving our team nuts. That right vertical pane is pretty useless.
