Problem Description

Full load Agile Board in IE 11 lasts for 17 seconds, load that same Board in Google Chrome takes 5 seconds, in Firefox takes 6 seconds.

Steps to Replicate

Use JIRA Agile 6.7.11
Use Internet Explorer v11.0.9600.18059
Use Google Chrome v46.0.2490.86
Use Mozilla Firefox v37.0.2
Create 30 test boards
Visit the same Agile Boards on IE11, Chrome and FF and compare load time.
Populate the project that associated with the board with Epics and Versions. The more element here will slow down IE11 even further.

Expected Result

Agile Board loading time will be about the same on all browsers.

Actual Result

Loading IE11 is too slow.

How dramatically speed up loading Agile Boards in IE 11?
