Allow users to customize version summary page, add fields

I often find myself needing a LOT more information about a version that was released or is in development than the one line description field offers. We need the ability to add fields to the summary that we and others could refer to, so that we could have a TRUE summary of what went into a release. This information includes links to documentation, SVN revisions for milestones, release dates (beta and final versions), participants, testers, links to test plans... etc.
