When you have an issue open in the browser any changes that is made to the issue will be undetected for you: you need to manually reload the page to see the changes (you can rely on change notifications if you're watching the issue, but that is a delayed way of getting changes).
There could be a feature implemented that automatically refreshes the issue (I'm not thinking about a page reload, but rather just refresh the content, without loosing e.g. a comment that you're just writing) if changes were made by others. An alternative would be a notification similar to Bitbucket's pull requests: when a change occurs a small toast message will be displayed; when you click it the page will be reloaded.
