Notification for committed changeset

      Problem Definition

      When a basic Smart Commit is performed on an issue, there will be no Issue Updated notification triggered, unless there are commands added, such as #comment, #time or #transition

      Suggested Solution

      Basic Smart Commit should trigger an Issue Updated event as well

      Workaround

      Add any command for the commit to trigger notification
