Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Test Filter, Created a Test JIRA Agile Board
2. Copy the Agile Board
   • It created a Copy of the Board but it uses the original filter instead of creating a copy of the filter
     
3. Deleting the Copy of the Board will delete the orginal filter

Expected Results
If you copy a JIRA Agile Board it should create a copy of it and a copy of the associated filter. Deleting the copied filter should not delete the original filter.

Actual Results
If you copy a JIRA Agile Board it's creating a copy of the board and does not copy the filter associated to the board
