As a user, I'd like to not view Sprints with no issues in the Agile reports

      When setting up JIRA Agile, it is quite common to create test sprints.

      If we delete the test issues that were created, the sprint is still displayed in the report mode, and selecting them a popup says "No issues present in sprint to generate scope change model"

      It would be really useful if those sprints were not displayed in the report mode of the boards.
