Using Agile without the need to have "edit issue" permission

    Description

In our company, no normal user has "edit issue" permission.
This is needed to enable Edits screens depending on issue status and user role. For instance: In Status "In Progress " the field "Description" is only changeable for Project-Admins, but not for assignee or someone else.

Sadly some plugins need this permission to provide their full functionality.
Also JIRA Agile is only usable, if the user as the needed permissions.

The following stuff does not work without these permission:

      • Create Sprints
      • Drag&Drop of issue on work board
      • Using field "Epic links" on screens (Setting values in the field is possible, but JIRA does not handle them.)
      • ...

I would like to see JIRA Agile having their own permissions on permission scheme like:

      • Create and manage Boards
      • Plan issues on Boards
      • Link issues to epics

Or let me define a screen, which JIRA Agile can internally use to perform needed actions.

Please find a way to make this possible, otherwise JIRA Agile is hard to use for handling Functional Safety issues (no changes after specific statuses) or following needed ISO specifications for safe SW development.

      Best regards,
      Daniel
