finer permissions for putting Issues into sprints

      Everyone can put issues into sprints. Even after the whole team planned that meeting and "fixed" that sprint.
      Yes, there could be issues which are added into that fixed sprint but that should be made by specific project-roles (like project-lead or architect or whatever).
      The permission "Schedule issue" (like this is mentioned in the AGILE documentation) is not enough, because everybody should be able to set due-dates.

      Hi there,
      as sprints should be planned by a team and than made "fixed" all users still can put issues into that sprint.

      So the feature-Request would be:
      Configure a permission which allows a project-role to assign issues into sprints.
