Week number wrong in Agile using ISO8601 standard

Summary

• Using the ISO8601 standard in Date Picker format, the week numbers in JIRA Agile is not showing correctly.
• It show correctly in JIRA issues date picker

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the Look & Feel page, Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker
2. Go to an existing Agile Board and Start Sprint
3. Click the date picker

Expected Results

1. It should show as below where the first week this year starts 3rd of January which is correct from the date picker from an issue's log work function :
   

Actual Results

1. It is wrong.
