Agile fields are added automatically to JIRA Screens or Screen Tabs when creating Scrum Board

Current behaviour

When a new Scrum board is created for a project, the fields Epic Link, Epic Name, and Sprint will be added to the screen/s used by the project.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new project TEST
2. Create a Scrum board for the new project TEST
3. Sprint and Epic Link fields will be added to the Screen associated to the project TEST
4. Remove Sprint and Epic Link field from the said Screen
5. Create a new Scrum board for the project TEST
6. Sprint and Epic Link fields will be added back to the Screen associated to the project TEST

Expected behaviour

These fields should only be added during an UpgradeTask. (GHS-10767)

Suggestion

• JIRA Agile should be able to detect whether the Agile fields are already available in one of the screen tabs before attempting to add them to the default Field Tab.
• Allow user to disable these fields to be automatically added by JIRA Agile to selective/all screens.

Workaround

There is no known workaround to disable creation of Scrum board by certain groups.

These tests are conducted in JIRA 6.3.15 and JIRA 6.4.2 using JIRA Agile 6.7.0
