Backlog and Active Sprints links are missing in JIRA Agile when using the new Project Sidebar

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Software Server. Using JIRA Software Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Problem

      For specific instances there is no link to 'Backlog' or 'Active Sprints' in the new project sidebar.

      Workaround

      Disabling JIRA Agile and Enabling it again solves this problem.

      Cause

      This is a temporary issue caused by our deployment of plugins to our production environment.

            @John White: The workaround is a built-in shortcut for Jira. It does not work if you are going through the Projects drop-down. In order for it to work go to Boards -> Select your project. Then you can use numbers 1-3.

            Happening for me as well – this requires an emergency hotfix asap. I can't even close sprints!

            Work around is to use the shortcuts:

            Select your project, then use the Keyboard numbers 1-3.
            "1" (Plan Mode / Backlog)
            
"2" (Work Mode / Active Sprint)
            "3" (Reports)

            I found a workaround to reach the Planning (Backlog) -
            If https://<company>.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=46 is your Agile board, add &view=planning at the end.

            https://<company>.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=46&view=planning

            Or make view=1 for Plan Mode / Backlog
            
view=2 for Work Mode / Active Sprint
            view=3 for Reports

            In any case, Atlassian team needs to fix the issue.

            What are the shortcuts? We have this in our app this morning also and it is inhibiting work.
