Insight custom field shows empty even if it has values
Steps to Reproduce
- Insight schema with more than 1000 objects
- Set Up Insight customfield max objects to 1000
- Insight CF with set up to schema and checked options Add all, Multiple CF
- create issue where you choose add all objects (1000)
- edit issue
Expected Results
The edit screen should show all the values that are currently present in the Insight custom field
Actual Results
The Edit screen does not show values for Insight custom field.
Workaround
If we want to remove any particular value. I would recommend clicking on the pencil icon from the view screen to add all the values it will display the below screen which will allow you to remove the objects.
The above workaround will not be useful if the Inline Editing for the custom field is disabled.
Note: This scenario is not replicable if we have fewer values selected in the custom field.
