Improve the readability of customer portal forms by optimising and improving things like:
- Adding more spacing between each form field
- Ensuring adherence to Atlassian Design System guidelines (content, components and patterns)

We have a couple of longer custom fields (Checklist for applications) that had the field help to the right of the field. Putting the field help under the custom field on the portal with a smaller font now makes many of our customer request types very confusing. All of the fields blend together as there is no real separator between them.
