Hi - I know JIRA has the ability to add attachments and to use the "Attach Screenshot" functionality - however the Service Desk should give the option for Customers to copy and paste an screenshot of an error on-screen into the initial ticket they are logging on the Portal. Having to save a copy, then go and attach, is laborious and very archaic - the customer experience is disappointed that this simple fucntionality hasn't been provided. Can someone please look into this as it's a big problem with the way a lot of customers report issues through the Portal. Thanks

I'm questioning whether or not Atlassian closed this issue incorrectly.
JSD-275was a reference to JIRA, not JSD. It's true that we now can paste images and other attachments into issues from the JIRA issue view, but not from the customer portal view which is what this question was really about. Is there a similar effort in place on the JSD portal view?
