Add BOM to CSV export

      SummaryThe CSV file exported from Insight does not include BOM. This can be validated by trying to open the file directly in excel with a non unicode character. Choosing to save the file from sublime text for example with BOM corrects this.h2. RequirementAdd a configuration in the objects export functionality to include BOM with the CSV
