Issue Summary

A field help value with hyperlink when translated, the links does not appear formatted on portal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a Jira Service Management Project
2. Click on Project settings
3. Navigate to Request types and add in Field help some text which contains hyperlink, For example:

   Welcome to [Atlassian|https://www.atlassian.com/]

   

4. Under Language Support configure and add a language, For example, Spanish, German
5. Click on newly added language to add translation
6. For the field help value added in the Step#3, Let's add a translated value in German:

   Willkommen bei [Atlassian|https://www.atlassian.com/]

   

7. Navigate to portal configured in German to verify the change
