Insight custom fields in Jira Mobile App

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      At the moment Insight custom fields in Jira mobile app are not properly rendered.

      As for now the Insight custom fields are available when connecting from a Mobile Browser, and switching to Desktop View.

      Please improve the mobile app by adding the possibility of rendering also Insight custom fields.

            Using an apps to generate tickets sounds a crucial tool for a modern and accurate user experience. 

            You apps already exists. It just need to improve it. 

            User experience is the key for any ITSM tools.

            When I select 2 "Object attributes to display on issue view" in a custom Insight Object field, then they are not rendered that way in Jira app. Also there is no way in the app to search issues by linked assets which is a pain. In our use case, every issue is linked to an asset and we would definitely need to be able to search the serial number of the asset and find all linked issues. Please implement. A workaround is to copy the linked asset(s) serial number(s) to another issue field (text) but this is really not ideal.
