      In Jira Service Management, customers sometimes need to create multiple requests that are similar in nature. Under these circumstances, it would be nice if they had the ability to clone the issue being created a certain number of times.

      Currently, customers do not have the ability to clone issues, Jira Service Management agents can perform this task by using the Clone option. However, implementing this feature would generate a lot of value for customers using Jira Service Management through the customer portal.
