As an agent, I want to use Queues within the Jira Server Mobile app

            One of our mobile developers had a quick look into this and did find that custom queues in a classic service management project seemed to have some 'pull to refresh' syncing problems. We have raised a bug to look into this further.

            Clearing the app data and launching the app again resolved the problem.

            Are you able to try this as well? The method varies for devices, but generally you should be able to long click on the app -> App Info -> Storage & Cache -> Clear data

So like I mentioned, I created several custom queues in my Jira Service Desk Cloud: https://photos.app.goo.gl/WvmkjE5siKMUCutv5 When I am using the Jira Cloud Mobile app, I do not see any of the custom queues I created in my Jira Service Desk Cloud: https://photos.app.goo.gl/iHVp5RPoxFZjZN6z7 in fact the only queues that show are the pre-configured ones.             Hi matt964679935 ! This ticket is for the Jira Server Mobile app (iOS / Android), which does not currently have a view for custom queues, however this is something we are working on.

            From look of it, given you're on v66 you're most likely on the Jira Cloud Mobile app. Given this, custom queues should be displayed in the app with no problems. Are you able to confirm that you're unable to see them?

            Hello,  will this issue implement the ability for a native app user to view all the custom queues that were added to the service desk via jira-cloud?  Currently using v66.0.505, I do not have the ability to view the custom queues I added; that makes me sad
