One of our mobile developers had a quick look into this and did find that custom queues in a classic service management project seemed to have some 'pull to refresh' syncing problems. We have raised a bug to look into this further.
Clearing the app data and launching the app again resolved the problem.
Are you able to try this as well? The method varies for devices, but generally you should be able to long click on the app -> App Info -> Storage & Cache -> Clear data
