      Summary

      In a scenario where an approver is a customer, they will need to access the tickets one by one via Customer to perform approvals. We would like for a feature to perform bulk approval from the customer portal.

            We have built Bulk Approvals for Jira Service Management to allow bulk approvals by customers. It has also been certified for Data Center too.
