Have Jira Service Desk Server look and feel like cloud version.

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently Jira Service Desk Server version only lists the the options in the portal. In the cloud version they are displayed as tiles, as an Administrator I would like to have the ability to enable this option including allowing placement of the tiles under the portal settings.

            Even we are very much interested in this feature. Looking forward to the speedy implementation of this feature in server version.

            Would like to see the following in the Service Desk server version:

            • On the help center page, have all service desk show up as tiles, like they do in the cloud version
            • Have ALL service desks appear, not just the most recently used ones and you have to click a link to see all of them
